We hope that this note finds you in good spirits and strong community as we navigate the shifting terrain of this global crisis. This moment calls for unwavering solidarity and resilience across movements and among people; we remain heartened by the networks of mutual aid and powerful resistance work we have seen all around the world against forces of exploitation. It is clear that centering a regenerative economy and demanding a just transition for frontline women, workers and communities has never been more necessary.

We are writing to share the work of the Feminist Coalition for a Green New Deal in this moment, particularly as it intersects with Earth Week 2020, April 22nd-24th. The interconnected crises of our economy, health and the planet demand an intersectional analysis of systemic root causes and feminist solutions. We know that these feminist Principles are key to a just recovery, and that a feminist approach demands coalitional and collective response.
