On December 10th, 2019, several representatives of the Coalition who work in the global advocacy space held a panel event, “Towards a Feminist Green New Deal,” at the UNFCCC COP25 in Madrid, Spain. At the event, they spoke about the Feminist Agenda in the context of a global Green New Deal and global climate action. You can watch the entire Press Conference here. There was an exciting dialogue around how these Principles translate in different regional contexts, and the importance of aligning our movements work across local, national and global levels for a worldwide Green New Deal that prioritizes global justice and climate reparations.
